Alice Ramirez
Corporate Director of Contracts
Alice Ramirez serves as the Corporate Director of Contracts for CHC. In her role, Alice helps transition facility contracts to CHC’s partner HealthTrust Performance Group, identifies opportunities for new group agreements, optimizes contract portfolios, and builds strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Her expertise helps hospitals drive cost reduction and operational efficiency.
Prior to CHC, Alice spent seven years at CHRISTUS Health, first as Contracts Manager, and was promoted to Contracts Director. In these roles, Alice was responsible for laboratory and surgical agreements across CHRISTUS Health System.
Before her time at CHRISTUS, Alice worked at Parkland Health & Hospital System for seven years as a Contract Negotiator, managing a contract portfolio of $250 million.
In addition to her professional skills, Alice is multilingual with fluency in German and Romanian along with an understanding of Spanish, Italian and Russian.
Alice holds a Bachelor degree in International Business Administration from Seneca College in Toronto, Canada, and a Master of Biochemistry from the University of Bucharest in Romania.
