VP Clinical and Quality Services

Kelli Hohenstein, RN, MSN, serves as Vice President of Clinical and Quality Services for Community Hospital Corporation. In this role, she oversees the clinical and quality excellence of CHC affiliated hospitals and provides consulting services to CHC Consulting clients.

Kelli brings almost 30 years of clinical expertise to CHC. Most recently, she was Chief Nursing Officer at Baylor Scott & White Sunnyvale, a 128-bed acute care hospital in Sunnyvale, Texas. She also served as Chief Nursing Officer at White Rock Medical Center, Dallas, Texas. Prior, she was Regional Chief Nursing Officer at Prime Healthcare, where she oversaw clinical operations for eight hospitals across a three-state region.

Kelli began her career at Dallas Regional Medical Center in Mesquite, Texas, starting as a Charge Nurse in the cardiac-telemetry unit, rising through various critical care positions, and ultimately serving as Chief Nursing Officer.

Her education includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership and Management, both from Western Governors University Texas.
