Regional Director of Human Resources

As Regional Director of Human Resources, Kendra Taliaferro is responsible for providing strategic human resources leadership and support for CHC’s Post Acute Care Services at CHC.

Kendra brings deep expertise across all areas of human resources, including workforce planning, payroll management, benefit coordination, and talent acquisition. She has extensive experience supporting healthcare organizations through effective HR operations, employee engagement initiatives, and compliance with industry standards.

Kendra joins CHC from Medical City Healthcare, where she served as Senior Human Resource Business Partner for four years. In that capacity, she was instrumental in aligning organizational people strategies with business objectives, managing a team of HR Business Partners, and overseeing HR auditing and survey results. Previously, Kendra spent over a decade at Children’s Home Healthcare serving as both Human Resources Director and Controller.

Kendra earned her BBA in Marketing from Midwestern State University, Wichita Falls, Texas. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), holds a Human Resource Management Certification Series, and is a Notary Public.
