Manager, Telecom Funding Programs

Paige Pierce is the Manager of Telecom Funding Programs for CHC. In this role, she oversees the day-to-day management of the telecom funding service line. Her responsibilities include marketing, customer service, analysis, reporting, client education and retention, sales, training and program improvement initiatives.

Paige has several years of telecommunications and IT experience, including three years working the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) as an analyst with the responsibility of interpreting and reporting on the Rural Health Care Program’s Healthcare Connect Fund. She also gained experience at CGI Federal as a Junior Project Manager and at FEMACorps/National Civilian Community Corps (NCCC) as a team member.

Paige completed a Master of Public Administration degree at the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Heidelberg University.
