Corporate Director of Revenue Cycle

Sandy Gray serves as Corporate Director of Revenue Cycle at CHC. In this role she provides revenue cycle leadership and support to CHC facilities across all areas of the revenue cycle. Her areas of responsibility include working with corporate and facility management to identify and define problems, pinpoint opportunities, and develop a framework for achieving organizational goals for improved reimbursement and cash flow operations.

Sandy has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare operations in a wide range of settings, particularly focused around revenue cycle. Prior to joining CHC, she served as Manager of Revenue Cycle Services at Ovation Healthcare, where she supervised a team of both on- and off-site personnel. Her healthcare background also includes a nine-years at Medhost as Manager of Revenue Cycle Services, where she successfully managed the accounts receivable for up to eight Central Business Offices to meet client KPIs, increase cash flow, and resolve lost revenues.

Sandy attended Volunteer State College in Gallatin, TN.
