Director, Membership Development and Engagement
Thu Phan serves as Director, Membership Development and Engagement for CHC Supply Trust. In her role, Thu represents CHC’s group purchasing organization (GPO) services for current and prospective CHC Supply Trust members. Additionally, Thu monitors and researches member services to ensure quality, strong program effectiveness, and retention. Thu brings extensive healthcare procurement and operational effectiveness experience to CHC, including collaborating with IT and data partners.
With a multitude of advanced project management certifications and a broad knowledge of business software programs, Thu has honed her expertise in successful implementations of large-scale business applications, supply chain and procurement management, delivering both time and cost efficiencies for her partners. Prior to joining CHC, Thu’s Texas-based roles included serving as Healthcare Transformation Consultant at PwC, Regional Director for Premier, Inc.’s Southwest Region, and Client Success Manager at Valify, Inc.
Thu earned her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Art degrees in Political Science, from the University of Houston in Houston, Texas, and the University of North Texas, in Denton, Texas, respectively. She also holds a Certificate in Healthcare Leadership from the Jack C. Massey Graduate School of Business/MedAssets Supply Chain University, in Nashville, Tennessee, and is certified as a Yellow Belt, Lean Six Sigma.
