SVP and General Counsel

As Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Community Hospital Corporation, Tracie Bedeaux is responsible for oversight and guidance of all legal matters affecting facilities and organizations of CHC and its affiliates. She leads the CHC corporate legal department with a focus on hospital operations, contracting, corporate governance, risk management, strategic business development, and other general corporate matters.

Tracie has extensive experience in the health law areas of hospital operations, health plans and regulatory compliance. She brings more than 20 years’ experience as both outside and in-house counsel for healthcare clients including Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP as Counsel, Tenet Healthcare Corporation as Senior Counsel, and Children’s Hospital Colorado as Associate General Counsel. Earlier in her career, she held management, compliance and operations positions with Cigna Healthcare, Great-West Healthcare, Centura Health and Sierra Providence Health Network.

Tracie has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Ausin, and a Master of Business Administration and her Juris Doctor from Baylor University. She is a member of the American Health Law Association, American Bar Association and Dallas Bar Association.
